Program Overview

Whether your intent is to continue the process that will get you on the starting grid, or simply drive a more sophisticated race car, the "ADV2" is your next step.

• All exercises in the more sophisticated Race Series car, the Formula Skip Barber with sequential 5-speed transmission
• More practice of "rotation" (see Advance Car Control )
• More lapping sessions
• "Lead/follow" exercises (instructor in one car, you in another)

*Counts as two credits toward your Advanced Activities prerequisites to race

Prerequisite: Three Day Racing School or other acceptable/accredited Racing School or racing experience. Ability to drive a manual transmission. Participants will be required to sign a Release and Waiver of Liability, Assumption of Risk and Indemnity Agreement prior to participation.

The 11-turn, 2.24-mile circuit attracts all forms of motorsport, from the American Le Man Series and Champ Car to Historics and Moto GP. The track is located on the majestic Monterey Peninsula about 70 miles South of San Jose, California.
